Upon completion of your order, we will aim to post them out on the same working day or the next working day. If your order is completed over the weekend then it will be posted on the following Monday. items won’t be posted on Bank holidays.
United Kingdom; Next Working day (Special Delivery)
Europe ; 3-5 Working Days (International Tracked & signed)
The United States & The Rest Of The World; 5-7 Working Days (International Tracked & signed)
We must stipulate that these times are just estimates given to us by Royal Mail. As ever, there can be delays in postal arrival times. We hold ‘NO’ accountability for Delays, lost or Damaged posts. If you do believe your item is taking longer than usual despite the COVID19 situation please feel free to get in touch with us & we’ll help chase your order up.
If Your Item hasn’t arrived, we have to allow up to 6 weeks for it to arrive before the postal service will class it as ‘Lost In Transit to which we then can move forward with the best option for you whether that be a refund or a new item sent out.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are ‘NOT’ responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Cancellations need to be submitted within the first 24 hours of purchase. Once we start customising an order then we are unable to cancel it for any reason.
*NOTE* that customized orders (Items) are made just for you and cannot be refunded or returned.

How much does it cost to return an item?
Returns must be made at your own cost. We are unable to cover postage costs back to us.
We recommend you return items via Recorded Delivery (Track or Signed) as we cannot process refunds on items that we have not received back.
