Double Check Your Order Before Purchasing

We advise you to double-check your order details before purchasing as you the buyer, are responsible for making sure all your customisation requirements are correct, such as Sizing of the shoes, the Wording & the colour selection. 

We hold NO RESPONSIBILITY for incorrect shoe sizes chosen or miss-spelling in the ‘customisation text box’, as we will print onto the shoes the exact wording/dates you have given us.

Are all your Shoes Genuine?

Yes, All shoes are from authorised distributors, giving you the best quality available. We guarantee all our shoes are 100% genuine.

I have my own shoes, can I send them to you to be customised?

Yes, we will happily customise your own shoes providing that they are in relatively good condition & packaged appropriately when you ship them to us. Please contact us first so that we can discuss the best shipping options & costs.

How Quick can you process my order?

Our standard processing time is 7-14 working days depending on the complexity of the shoe design. Please contact us before ordering if you are wanting your order for specific date & we can advise on what the best options are.

*COVID 19* Due to the restrictions in place with a lot of Postal services, delays are expected.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, Rush orders are available, Rush orders bring our processing time down from 10-14 working days to 5-7 working. Please contact us prior to purchasing to discuss the best option for you.
*NOTE* Rush orders only affect the processing time of completing the customised shoes. It has a ‘NO’ effect/change on the estimated delivery times.

What postal service do you use to ship my shoes?

As we are based on the Isle Of Man we use Isle Of Man Post/Royal Mail who will then forward your order to your local postal service. All Custom shoe orders will have tracking information when shipped out.

Can you do a custom design?

If you have seen a different design elsewhere or you have one in mind that we don’t currently have on our site, simply contact us via live chat or head over to our Facebook page & we’ll see what we can do in bringing your design to life.

Do you have my shoe size?

All sizes are subject to availability from our suppliers.

Will the shoes come in the original box?

The original boxes are supplied with the shoes, however, we can sometimes be given shoes from the supplier with damage to the box. In this case, we’ll opt for sending them in an alternative box. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the original boxes please contact us via live chat or head over to our Facebook page.

VINYL DECALS

 

Can I use my decal/sticker outside?

 

All our decals can be used either inside or out, they are waterproof & U.v resistant.


My decal isn’t sticking to the surface?

 

You must make sure that the surface you are trying to adhere the decal to is clean & free from grease, dirt & any other contaminant that could cause the decal not to adhere correctly.

 

My decal arrived with bubbles?

The backing paper can separate from the decal whilst in shipping. simply lay the decal on a flat surface whilst it’s still on the backing paper and gently smooth the air bubbles out, starting from the centre and making your way outward.
